Can you describe #HudSnug in a sentence?

#HudSnug is a community for staff who are working on interesting projects.

Is #HudSnug for work projects or non-work projects?

YES!

Seriously, yes. We think that being part of a community of enthusiasts is key to the success of #HudSnug

Can I bring a friend to #HudSnug?

Yes, of course.
But only if your friend wants to come. Please don't bring anyone against their will!

Who can come to #HudSnug?

#HudSnug is a community for staff at the University of Huddersfield.
All staff are welcome.

Why would I come to #HudSnug?

• To be inspired & drink coffee

What can I talk about at #HudSnug?

Anything.
We think that the really interesting work isn't in our job descriptions.

Why is #HudSnug on in the afternoon/evening?

We didn't want to exclude people who couldn't leave during office hours.
We're still working on the timings.

Do I have to stay for the whole #HudSnug?

No!
Feel free to leave early or arrive late.
It'll be great to see you.

How do I prepare for the #HudSnug?

It would be great if you came along ready to talk about the stuff you're working on.

Will there be lots of organised activities at #HudSnug?

Only if you want!
We will encourage introductions & lightning talks, everything else is up to you.

What the heck is a lightning talk?

We give you five minutes, you share your big idea, practice you pitch or share your genius.
