We're looking for a Head of Researcher Environment to lead the on-going development of the training portfolio for staff and PGRs and support key senior staff including Dean of Graduate School and the R&E Directorate in the continual improvement of the Researcher Environment. You will manage a small team of staff and support the delivery of centrally provided Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) related learning and development activities.
As part of our Research & Enterprise Service, this is a chance to work in an exciting area, with a friendly team.
To excel, you will be a great team player, have sound experience of managing staff and be educated to degree level. You'll also have a sound knowledge of the Vitae framework and experience of training and development programmes.

This is an open-ended appointment and is dependent upon the availability of specific funding in this Service. In the event of there being no further funding available to support this post you will receive appropriate notification of the termination of your employment in accordance with contractual provisions.
If you are currently registered as a full-time student at the University please note that you may only apply for part-time jobs of 15 hours or less per week.
