The Department of Architecture and 3D Design has a long history of excellence across Architecture, Interior Design and Product Design. Building on this strong foundation we have recently expanded our provision to include the Built Environment area, having created undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the area.
The advertised position is a full-time post, and will form part of a dynamic team, which will spearhead the built environment area forward and focus on innovative and contemporary practice and research across Quantity Surveying, including Building Information Modelling. You will have the opportunity to act as course leader for our Built Environment programmes.
You should have appropriate teaching experience in higher education, professional practice in Quantity Surveying, and a strong awareness of your subject area. You should also have a PhD qualification.
You will be joining a dedicated, passionate and forward-thinking Architecture, 3D design and Built Environment team and will be expected to demonstrate excellence in your work, which will be strongly supported through personal development plans.
If you are currently registered as a full-time student at the University please note that you may only apply for part-time jobs of 15 hours or less per week.
