An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, highly organised and customer-focused team player to join Huddersfield Business School to provide an outstanding initial response and information service to all customers and visitors to the Charles Sykes Building, and a comprehensive administrative support service for the School, particularly in relation to activities that enhance the student experience.
This is a busy and varied role requiring a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all tasks are executed effectively to the highest of standards. The successful applicant will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations.
Applicants will have experience of administrative work in a busy office environment and be able to satisfy all other essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
