Permanent, 37 hours per week Our Award winning Estates and Facilities Team now require a Helpdesk Assistant to join its small but very busy Facilities Helpdesk providing front line services support.
The successful applicant should possess a good general education including GCSE's in English and Mathematics along with an ECDL or equivalent IT qualification.
Good customer services skills are required along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of working in a pressurised Helpdesk service environment along with a good working knowledge of common IT computer applications, use of databases and bespoke software applications.
If you are currently registered as a full-time student at the University please note that you may only apply for part-time jobs of 15 hours or less per week.
