Permanent, 37 hours per weekAn opportunity exists for an experienced administrator to join the Registry team. You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of administering student regulations, quality assurance procedures, staff development and management, committee servicing and, organising and delivering administrative systems within the service.
You will be the first point of contact for all taught academic appeals and must have knowledge of The OIA Good Practice Framework, the UK Quality Code and excellent IT skills are essential including Microsoft Word and Excel.
The post involves liaison with the Vice-Chancellor's Office, academic, administrative and support staff, students and other external parties and requires a high level of customer focus and attention to detail.
The Registry plays a pivotal role in the University and provides a central service which is responsive to the needs of all our stakeholders, you will have a positive outlook and be prepared to embrace change and work collaboratively within the Registry team.
