Permanent, 37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (term-time)
Are you an outstanding individual, passionate about the provision of exceptional wellbeing support? We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team of support staff. You will understand the challenges that students will face and be able to provide information advice and guidance that empowers them to make choices and succeed.
Good people skills are a must as you will often be the first colleague providing specialist wellbeing support to our students. Your well-developed communication skills will be vital for engaging supporting students. You will develop an understanding of students' journeys and be able to offer information advice and guidance that has a positive impact. You be equally happy offering 1-1 support, leading group work or organising information stalls and briefings for staff and students at the University. Your ability to advocate on students behalf and enabling them to access support will ensure student success.
Most importantly, you will be dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure our services are making student lives better by providing high quality and innovative services to students with mental health and additional needs.
