The Department of Informatics of the School of Computing and Engineering is seeking a Research Fellow to carry out a program of research and development in the area of data analytics within the Research Centre for Industrial Analytics.
You will be expected to carry out research and development of data analytics and visualisation pipelines within the application area of digital manufacturing and healthcare. This will require experience in creating predictive analytics models, as well as an appreciation of the communication aspects involved in applying such approaches to industrial clients. You will be expected to assist in the development of novel visualisation software, to help in applications of predictive analytics within digital manufacturing and healthcare domains, to assist in the production of high quality publications and external grant applications, and provide some assistance in undergraduate teaching.
You should be educated to PhD level, with a recent track record of publications related to data analytics within relevant international conferences and journals and a track record in the development of predictive analytics models.
