Fixed term appointment for 2 years, 37 hours per week
The School of Human and Health Sciences is seeking to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students and develop the student experience on our Sport, Exercise & Nutrition Sciences courses. The post holder would work closely with academic and student support colleagues within the School.
The post holder will be involved in supporting students through teaching and tutorial activities, as well contributing to ongoing research activities within the School. This may also involve completing a Master’s by Research degree.
You will be educated to degree level and hold a 2:1 or 1st Class Honours Degree. You should have recent experience in delivering presentations to small or large groups and conducting research projects.
You will need to have an appreciation of the work of the Division of Sport, Exercise & Nutrition Sciences, along with strong interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to work independently and with others.
