With continued growth and a range of new programmes, the Law School at the University of Huddersfield has an exciting opportunity to invest in its future by appointing a new member of staff as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Law.
Sitting within Huddersfield Business School, the Law School has moved into a new building with its own dedicated Moot Court, runs a pro-bono Legal Advice Clinic, has submitted to the Research Excellence Framework for the first time and has excellent professional links at a regional and national level.
You will join a growing, vibrant and friendly team dedicated to providing an excellent student experience while contributing to a growing research culture designed to encourage high quality publications and impact. Our core values include working together in a mutually supportive way and having a diligent approach to our work with a professional work ethic.
We are looking to appoint to the following:
To be eligible, you should already hold a PhD in Law or equivalent area, or be close to completion; be able to provide evidence of successful and excellent teaching in the areas listed; and demonstrate strong research potential for achieving quality publications.
